Amtec 40 Build-Up Manganese Steel

Amtec 40 Chrome Nickel Manganese is a high alloy electrode for joining and build-up of Austenitic Manganese Steels for extreme impact resistance. This alloy is for joining and rebuilding manganese parts. The high alloy deposits are very tough and will take extreme impact especially in the work hardened condition. This electrode has excellent weldability with very low spatter. Can be used in all positions.

Amtec 604C Phosphor-Tin Bronze Electrode

Amtec 604C is an AC-DC phosphor/tin bronze electrode that works very well on AC current. This is the only bronze electrode that can be used on AC. This specially developed alloy is excellent for joining copper base alloys not only to themselves, also to stainless steel, cast iron, and steels, including galvanized steel. Provides a smooth deposit free from spatter, with an easily removable slag. Can be welded with easy manipulation in all positions, and has excellent color match on bronze.

Amtec 133 Cast Iron AC/DC Reverse Electrode

A full nickel core wire electrode with a new and improved non-conductive coating for welding cast iron. This electrode is designed to operate in all positions, and is manufactured in such a way that the cost is less than other types of electrodes, but the running characteristics and welding performances remain superior. The deposit is machinable, and the electrode has a performance like the nickel-ferrous type electrodes, giving more penetration than most straight polarity, full nickel electrodes. With the non-conductive coating, this electrode can be used in tight positions without side arcing.

Amtec 122 Cast Iron AC/DC Reverse Electrode

A nickel-iron type core wire, with an extruded coating, makes this cast iron electrode good for all position welding of most cast irons. This electrode produces more joining strength than the full nickel electrodes, but will not give as machinable a deposit as the full nickel electrodes, such as Amtec 3 and Amtec 133. It is designed for low cost repair on cast iron.
